And over the last 18 months in particular a lot has changed.

And... today I'm letting you, Reader know about probably the biggest change to my business I've made.

I'm teaming up with my dear friend Lexi from Entrepreneurial Alchemy to create Business for Humans:

For those who know me you know my focus has always been on the human part of running a business... and ensuring that how you work fits you and your life.

Business and Life are not separate things, they never have been and never will be.

Business for Humans is the continuation of that journey....

Lexi and I have been working together for a while now, and what started as collaboration has become something neither of us could build alone.

We've joined our businesses. Entrepreneurial Alchemy and Simplicity Specialist are now Business for Humans.

Same heart. Same method. Same belief that a business can't grow beyond what the person running it can sustainably hold. But now there are two of us - and that changes what we can offer.

I read what's happening around you. Your environment, your sensory conditions, your digital architecture, your social field. The external conditions that shape your biology whether you notice them or not. Helping you to shape the conditions around you so they stop working against you and start supporting you, and giving you somewhere to land when the thinking gets too loud!

Lexi read what's happening in you. Your capacity, your rhythm, your patterns, your burnout cycles. The internal experience of running a business on a nervous system that doesn't always cooperate.

So many clients I've worked with over the years (and me) have struggled with burnout, especially in a time when everything has gotten even louder... bringing attention to capacity, rhythms and burnout cycles is really freaking needed.

Thankfully Lexi created The NeuroEnergetic Alchemy Method® - a way of working with your nervous system rather than against it, mapping your capacity and rhythm so your business can be built around how you actually move, not how you're told you should.

Together we're bringing our work into the world together in a way that naturally supports you. It creates a space for you to be you unfiltered, unflattened... and working in a way that supports your nervous system and life! Because in a world where everyone is telling you how to work... we're helping you find how you work whilst holding the space for you to move at your own pace.

We're not saying this from a pedestal of we've figured all this out... we're just further down the same road.
